Appreciate some input from vintage Hamilton aficionados.Uncovered this watch model over the past weekend. It is an automatic Swiss 661 movement housed in a 10K gold filled case. While I understand that Hamilton's 'golden era' was around 1924-the WWII timeframe, this mid-1950s model is kind of interesting. Hi.I have read a number of post about people considering to get the PCL on their GMT IIc brushed. But I never read anyone considering polishing the centre links on a SS sub. Why not? The TT sub have PCL's and polishing a sub isn't any worse than brushing a GMT IIc is it? Both are "frankenwatches"?
