I was in Macy's today and noticed some new Seiko watches in the counter. They looked like standard quartz battery powered lower tier Seikos but said "Solar" just above the 6:00 position. They were small and only 3 Atm. WR. Some were goldtone,steel and goldtone, stainless; there were metal braclets and leather bands.
