Beach Water

I've been wearing my 2225.80 to the beach just about every weekend. Do you guys think the ocean water with the little sand particles is bad for a watch (chronograph pushers)? I have noticed when I get home I have to run water over the bezel and keep turning it until all the sand gets cleaned out of it. I figured this is what this thing is built for and just try to clean it well when I get home. I wasn't sure if the sand could do damage to the gaskets under the chrono pushers. So what do you
