Put on, or take off your watch over carpeting!! twice in the recent past I've dropped a watch while taking it out of the safe and putting it on. Luckely, over carpeting. I bought an IWC Portofino from Jomashop and the second day after I purchased the piece, the crystal popped off the watch. I followed the refund process only to be told that "crystals don't just pop off IWC's"...buyer beware, the place is shady
