I'm still undecided on which Hamilton to get, but at least after hours of perusing watches in the under $1,000 range, I've narrowed it down to a Hamilton, and to one of four. I want to thank you for your help yesterday with my Hamilton Captain Rice watch. I will be selling this watch on ebay, but the last time my husband wore it he said it was working and now it doesn't. It feels tight when I try to wind it, so I am leaving it alone. My question to you collectors and dealers is, do I pay to have someone restore/repair it or should I leave it alone and let who ever buys it have it fixed? Do collectors and dealers prefer to have their own watch repair man fix it?
