Recently purchased American Watch Co (Waltham) Wm Ellery 777352 pocket watch. It runs Ok not really experienced but I'd call it beating kind of weak. It keeps pretty good time. I notice it doesn't run down very much then stops. If I wind it it only takes about 5 half turns to full wind. I've noticed that if I move the hands with the key it starts running again. Since I discovered this I'm going to repeat the process to find out if the main spring takes more turns to rewind and if it runs as well
