Z Series production date of SS Sub puzzle

I was just trying to narrow down when my Z series SS Sub was manufactured and so far have just narrowed it down to early or mid 2007. Maybe others here can help narrow it down more with these additional clues. Its serial number is Z 787XXX but it still came with the paperwork warranty instead of the new credit card and the hologram sticker on the back.
