Is this Frogman real?

Got this pre-owned for an unbelievable price. Nervous, though bec. of that old saying: "If it's too good to be true, it is" I hope sometimes there's an exception. Please feel free to criticize the watch if there's something that's not right, will really appreciate it.There's a froggie when i hit the light button. A walking frog with a tank?Thanks for looking.
