I work with a guy who bought a DateJust when he graduated college 32 years ago. He wears it almost everyday. It runs and looks great. A small crack in the crystal is all. I asked him how often he gets it serviced. He said 5 years after he bought the watch the AD serviced it for $350.00. That was it. It hasn't been serviced in 27 years! It runs great. If that is a testament to how all Rolex's are made, I'm impressed!
New to forum, so please excuse if I post somethings incorrectly or ask questions that have been asked before.I have inherited a Franchi Menotti Chronograph watch. It is stainless steel, has blue face with 3 with smaller faces. On back, it says "Waterproof 3ATM Chronograph Quartz All Stainless Steel Mod Depos, Made in Itally"It also has an origional stainless steel band(assume orig) but appears to be.Anybody give me background and approx value(for ins purposes).Any help is appreciated.Thank yo
