Rik,I have a Ball EMII Diver which I sent back to Ball for service a couple of months ago. The watch performed much better after being serviced (a complete service according to Ball USA). Now when I try to wind the watch using the crown, it feels as though the clutch is slipping and the watch doesn't wind properly.
