Hey Rik, I'm not sure you deal with vintage issues, but I thought I would throw out this question to you -Say a guy walks into your store with this watch and asks you to "clean-up the dial and make it look like new".What would your answer be? What are his options concerning the dial? In other words, are you a magician?
Rik,I have a Ball EMII Diver which I sent back to Ball for service a couple of months ago. The watch performed much better after being serviced (a complete service according to Ball USA). Now when I try to wind the watch using the crown, it feels as though the clutch is slipping and the watch doesn't wind properly. If I move the watch in a circular motion, it does wind using the auto-winding feature. Unfortunately, this seems to make the watch gain time while I am spinning the rotor. Is thi
