I don't really care for the band that came on this Wittnauer - it seems kind of plain and not really a great color for this watch. So, what color, and what texture or pattern would you put on it?
It may just be the market but things aren't looking good for trades and selling. I am not trying to be negative, I am just trying to prove a point.When I got my first Rolex Sub-No date in 1992 I wore it for 9 months and traded it in for what I paid for it when I upgraded to a GMTII. Now, you will lose 1/4 to 1/2 unless it is a stainless Daytona when you drive it off the lot(so to speak).My dad paid $1200 for his first Sub-No date he bought in 1980.
