One of my watches with this movement has stopped auto-winding. Neither wearing it nor leaving it on the winder keeps it running. When I wind it manually it runs perfectly and all chrono functions work properly. I can hear the rotor spinning when I shake the watch but it's not winding the mainspring. Before I bring it in for service (which is expensive on a chrono) has anybody had this problem?
I thought I'd post this watch for the 60's fans! I first noticed it in Tom's new 60's calendars and when one popped up on the swamp, I had to have it! This model first appeared in the 1965 catalog and continued until the 68/69 catalog.
