Hello all, I am a new member to WTF and was hoping some Patek Philippe experts can help me learn about a watch I recently aquired. It seems like a pocket watch that was converted to a wrist watch. The dial has been refinished and it seems to me like it may have originally had the seconds sub dial in the 6 o'clock position instead of the 9 o'clock position.
