Just purchased my first Omega, a vintage Seamaster cal. 752 off of the bay. The listing says original dial and there's no mention of it being refinished, but I just noticed that it does not say "SWISS MADE" at the six o'clock position! I have multiple pictures so I'm pretty sure it's not the crystal playing tricks. Also, the S in Seamaster is not as rounded as in other pictures I've seen. The pictures of the movement look good so I'm sure it's authentic but I think the dial may have been redone.
First impressions are of quite a big watch, it measures 45mm w/out crown, but the dial looks enormous. No date or second hand to spoil it's simplicity, and I doubt if you will find an easier to read watch. The watch has a screw-down crown with hand-winding and hacking feature. Obviously hacking is a bit irrelevant without a second hand. Crown screws down OK but does feel a little on the "gritty" side.
