Hi, I purchased this antique watch in a auction and it runs great , I was hoping for some expert advice on this as im a bit confused as I thought it was a hamilton watch but all the sidney hamiltons i see online do not have the name sidney on the dial as mine does. also there are no numbers on the 17 jewel movement , there seems to be a triangel emblem on the case with a F2 in the center of it and a patent number on the case. It has a second hand dial that is at 9oclock. it has a strange horse
Just found this forum, so hopefully you can help.I have a Hamilton Viewmatic (H325150) but cannot wear it with the leather strap. Does anyone know if Hamilton treat their straps with anything. After a brief time my wrist flares up in two places causing uncomfortable rash. I have other watches and currently have a steel strap on the Hamilton, but would like to know if anyone else has struggled with their leather straps.Thanks
