First impressions were this is a very well made timepiece.The dial work is beautiful and the movement seems to flow so smooth.The brown leather strapwith alligator looks is outstanding. The only thing I am going to change is to add a deployment clasp.The size when I first ordered it was small to me but on the wrist itfeels larger.It is very easy to see and tell the time.
Just got an addition to the Elgin family. A nice running 555 in a round case. Don't know if it has a model name. I think of it as a poor man's Golden Knight. Probably the closest I'll get to one.Joel
