I have been wearing this watch every other day. When I don't wear the watch, I just have it laying with the dial up.Friday I set the time to the Time.gov website and today Thursday, after 6 days the watch is total of +10 seconds fast, that is a basically +1.666 seconds fast per day, well within COSC Standards.I didn't know that the Valjoux 7750 could be this accurate.
Note- this is a real example - not hypotheticalScenario: You spot a good watch on eBay. Not cheap but not expensive. A TON of pics. Everything seems okay, but seller admits openly he 'doesn't know anything about watches'.Question: How concerned should the buyer be that the seller was able to open the case and apparently handle the open movement quite a lot without doing any damage or abuse to either and then properly close it back up again?
