I sent this rare Dixon dial back in Nov. 2010 to them. They didn't have the proper die for it, so I sent them the blueprint and gave the go ahead to make a new die ($100 + $33 to refinish my dial). It still isn't done after numerous emails back and forth over the months. Always a promise that it'll be done soon. Even normal ones are taking way longer than usual. Anyone else having issues? I guess I'm going to have to make a phone call.
