Well, after having the watch loked at, a Tag F1 #CAC 1110, with the 1/10 sec hand problem, (wouldn't hold alignment after a 10 hour span), a watch repair guy said I need a new movement. Anyone here do that type of work, or and someone be recomended?
I've enjoyed wearing the Hamilton Navy Khaki in the rotation these past 2 years. As my eyes aged, the second time zone became window became increasingly more difficult to read. That aside, that day I washed my hands and was enjoying the warmish day when this was spotted. Hamilton service relays that the case tube threading has stripped and the watch will require a complete service. The $195 rebuild price is acceptable.
