Hi, Does anybody know if a 10L movement will fit in a watch originally housing a 30L?My year 1959 sub seconds Longines needs a better movement. No or very few 30L's around but I have located several nice 10L movements. If I buy a 10L can I just pop it in the 1959 case?
I wouldn't call myself a flipper by any stretch, but I do sell off watches from time to time. Most recently, my issue has been size and weight. I've tried some of the larger, newer and heavier offerings from several companies and decided - for me at least - bigger is not better.I have sold my Seiko 6R15 Sumo, which is a wonderful, wonderful timepiece with incredible fit and finish. The best dive watch in the $500 range. I loved it - killer lume, stunning attention to detail. But alas after a year
