It's not a big secret that I'm a fan of some of Carl F. Bucherer's watches. Here's a new model called the Manero AutoDate that has a very nice 60's look (love those dauphine hands & indices) with a modern edge:Nicely sized at 38 mm and almost 9 mm thick, it has a CFB caliber 1965 with 25 jewels (ETA based). That's not plating either - it comes in 18K rose gold or stainless.
Hi, I'm trying to restore my grandfathers vintage Croton Aquamatic 360el. The watch dates back to the 40's and it has a squarish case. I'm looking for a click spring so the ratcheting works when I wind it up. I lost it taking it apart. I would consider buying a old movement the doesn't work just for that one part, or a an exact replacement movement. I've included a photo for reference. The movement is labeled E3A3 C2224, 17 jewel. If anyone can be of help to me, I'd appreciate it. Cost
