I came upon these from a client of mine (I deal in coins and currency) and I am studying to understand more about the age, importance and value of these two watches. Reference #2552 and case # 686450 on the Tiffany Patek Philippe and reference #3445/6 and movement 1117147 on the second ( I believe originally purchased in 1971.)
