I went in a pawn shop that carries mostly coins and jewelry and watches every so often. They have a recased Patek pocket watch in a steling silver jumbo wristwatch case. Has a white tiffany dial, probaby restored. Wanted somewhere around $2k for it. Glass front and back. Not sure if it is even worth going back to look at. If anyone is looking for something like this let me know and I'll go back and get details.
I was looking at a old video about the Finnish "1000 lakes" rally from 1968 on youtube when I saw a stopwatch marking the seconds before a car started but it was not sweep-hand.
