OK, got a small dilemma & want the experts inputsI'm looking for a new watch for my father. He'll be retiring within the next few years (probably 18 - 24 mo.) and when he does I want to give him a new watch. He's been at the same company for over 45 years & looking forward to retirement & fishing.. He's NOT a WIS-guy & won't know one brand from another. I just got my Grandmothers Cyma alarm back from a 3 month restoration.I had the movement restored, the case cleaned and polished, and the crystal replaced. I left the hands and dial (other than a slight cleaning) intact to keep a bit of the "history". Before.After with more detailed photos to come...So far it's keeping wonderful time and the alarm functions wonderfully. A little small for my wrist but I still intend to wear it.
