New SMP keeping good time

My new 2254.50 seems to be keeping good time. I set it on Saturday morning and it is currently 7 seconds fast. Does that sound normal? good? bad?

any opinion on portofino 356501 ?

I have never owned any IWC watch before, and yesterday i was impressed by the appearance of one of their collections at the IWC AD in downtown area ,the portofino 356501, its a very clean silver dial dress watch with 40mm dial and leather strap. Anybody has any opinion on this model ? I know its probably the lowest class of the IWC collections ( maybe the cheapest) but any opinion or recommendations are very welcome...thanking in advance...
