I purchased a new Mark XVI about six weeks ago. In the six weeks I��ve ��owned�� this watch I have only been able to wear it for ten days. It��s been at IWC for repairs the rest of the time. I wanted an IWC because of the quality and paid extra for that quality. So far I am very disappointed. Should I expect some kind of compensations from IWC?
