This comes from an episode of "House". I was watching it with my sister and she said it was the most beautiful watch she had ever seen. Her birthday is coming up and it could be a great surprise. Sorry if the image is not the greatest, but any help would be most appreciated. 
I noticed this auction yesterday and looking at the picture it is clearly a Rolex replica on the seller has decided to edit the photo and blank out the name.
