Omega watch from 1937 and fake one?!

Hi All,I hope that you know about these watches than me..I bought these pieces several years ago, but I don't have a lot of data, info about Omega wathces. If somebody have information about these pieces or similar one, please share with me.I am thinking to sell it but I don't have idea what should be a good price for these ones.
