What is the difference between Carbonized and PVD?My guess is Carbonized is carbon coating by PVD technology?In other words, one can use PVD and coat say, steel, with any material? Another thing, there are different 'grades' of PVD coating right?
Check out this new model Diver Date from Oris. Looks like they have added a new bezel in engraved steel. I think the rubber strap looks good, as the strap adds contrast, but not too sure about the metal bracelet model - just seems a bit 'too much' steel, with no contrast other than the black markers on the bezel? Don't know, won't be too quick to judge. Also uses the 'blue' superluminova lume for a nice night glow :cool:Anyone else with an opinion on this update?Looks like the 'normal' bezel mod
