Hi guys, just joined the forum after reading for a few weeks.I've never really worn watches, but always admired them; I've recently been toying with the idea of getting one and started looking on the net. I don't know why but I fancied an Omega over any other make; I love the romance of the watch and it's affiliation with James Bond I suppose. I put my running Hamilton Khaki Navy on my new winder, and within about a day and a half it stopped running, although the winder was still on. Should a watch be fully wound when put on a winder, and if so, how long should you expect the winder to keep a watch running?Sorry for not putting this in the winder forum, but I posted a couple questions there and didn't get much in the way of replies...Thanks!
