Watchguy frustrations

I'm still fairly new at watch collecting, i rely only on the local AD for service and repair which cost an arm and a leg (almost another decent pre-loved for what they charge). A good, trustworthy watchmaker comes to mind and here's where my little adventure (or misadventure) begins.I'm envious that most of you here have a very good relationship with the watchguy.
