The case width of this watch is not 28mm as indicated in the description but is actually nearer 40mm. If you have a large wrist, this watch may be just fine for you.

Anyone know anything about this Promaster?

I picked up this Citizen Promaster BUT cant find ANYTHING on the Net about it!

Just in: New (to me) '28 Elgin...move over Illinois Atlantic!

Look what came in the mail today...Although a less elaborate version of the highly engraved (and extra wide) Illinois Atlantic cases, I think this one will be a real gem once it gets the TLC it deserves.I'm also curious how many of these are still floating around, since the Atlantic XL's seem to be few and far between.
