So I got home from the office and decided to have some fun with my new Oris ballcap and the Williams F1. Nothing special, but the hat's pretty cool:And, finally, one of just the watch. Thinkin' I may give this one a little wrist time tomorrow:
I have a 1911 Elgin pocketwatch that does not work. I have unscrewed the caseback with success but can not seem to get the bezel off in order to remove the movement. It is missing its crystal and is missing one of either the hour or minute hands (looks like the minute to me). Is there a trick to getting these off? I don't want to slip and mess up the hands, centerpost, etc. I might try removing the two hands first, but can't really get great traction on that outer ring without risking my ha
