Hi All! This is my first post I finally registered after lurking for awhile. I just love reading this forum and seeing everybody's goodies. I am hoping someone can help me out I ordered an Ebel 1911 two-tone ladies watch. It arrived today and the band is just about 1/4" too small. I know this is a discontinued watch and I probably have no hope of finding two extra links anywhereI live hours away from any large cities and usually have to buy online, so I wasn't able to try this on in person. Ho
I've been trying to see the rolex etching that is present on the crystal at the 6 o'clock position of newer Rolex watches. I used a red laser pointer, in a darkened room, and pointed it from the side of the crystal. Lo and behold, the Rolex logo just jumps out!! What is very difficult to see, or I would say impossible to see under regular conditions, becomes easily visible.Since I'm new to the forum, is this something you guys knew, or should I pat myself on the back??Saul
