Warning: I'm going to vent a bit here. But if you read my string of bad luck with internet jewelry/watch purchases in the past month, I think you'll grant me a bit of latitude:(1) Mid-December: After much research, bought a set of chocolate diamond and gold earrings for my wife's Christmas present using a "reputable" company based on a very popular retail search engine. During WW II Army Air Corps was issued A-11 hack watches. How about the Luftwaffe air crews? Were they issued watches? If so what kind? Or did they have to supply theri own watches? After the war I met a lot of Luftwaffe guys at the Brauhaus in Munich and many wore IWC's. Was that the rule or was it just those guys? Anybody know?Art
