Here's a chunky/funky '70's era Movado "Surf" I acquired recently. It's back from a sevice and my rehabilitation of the case.The similarity to a '70's era Zenith "Surf" is quite apparent; same hands, nearly same indices, zenith logo on dial and crown, both with cal 2572 PC movements.The case is 40mm excluding crown, which is large for the era.Just what was Movado's affiliation with Zenith during this period?
