This is a good looking watch. It's solidly built. The face is ger than it looks in the picture. Due to it's weight, I think the band should be a bit stronger. Nevertheless, this is a good buy.

Breaking a resolution: The restoration of a Seamaster

A while back, I picked up a 1970 Seamaster Chronometer ref. 168.034. My New Years resolution was to send it to Bienne for restoration.But, on another forum, I found a guy that does it in 1/9th the time and for half the price.Yeah, I jumped and broke that resolution. Before:After:Modern Omega 20mm buckle, though.On the wrist. Not the best shot.Overall, quite satisfied with the job done. If it's allowed, I will post the name and email of the watchmaker.
