I was on the fence for a long time about this watch but I am so glad I decided to order it!!! If you have the coral serpent necklace, it goes PERFECTLY with it!!! Minimum Water Proof rating for swimming?

I have some watches that are 50M, some are 200M and 300M.Can I use the 50M for swimming? Also, I have seen some watches that are 300m, but have a leather strap. Wouldn't swimming rot the leather?I am looking at a TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph, it says is 100M Water Resistant, anyone own one and have used it while swimming?Thank You
